Bank of America

Bank of America wanted to give their online customers a more sophisticated online banking experience but at the same time keeping it clean and simple. Understandably it also needed to be a branded experience, that could carry the customer experience of the brand to the next level.

The creative approach here was to clean up the navigation, increase a seamless user experience, visually add more depth to the site which also helped defining a clearer information hierarchy, and introduce new iconography for popular tasks.

Parts of this redesign effort have been implemented, other parts of the design will be executed at a later stage.
