Our new Growth Partner Program is built for a select group of professionals who can recognize where organizations are struggling, where fresh thinking is needed, and when the right introduction can change everything.
A Growth Partner recognizes when Studio Lekker may be the right fit, provides useful context, and makes a thoughtful introduction. We take responsibility for the client conversation, proposal, and delivery.
This is not a traditional sales role. No cold-calling, quotas or fixed-time commitments.
There’s an added incentive that reflects our desire to attract culturally curious partners. Growth Partners who create productive new connections are invited to stay at a historic Sicilian palazzo, hosted by our partner FARM Cultural Park.

There is no expectation to manage the sales process or perform ongoing outreach. The role is about judgment, trust, and making the right connection at the right moment.
Compensation
Growth Partners are compensated when an introduction leads to an engagement:
- 20% of Studio Lekker’s fees for the initial engagement
- 10% of Studio Lekker’s fees for following engagements with the same client
This recognizes the value of the relationship, the introduction, and the trust that made the opportunity possible.
Any additional strategic or advisory involvement would be discussed and compensated separately.
A network built around transformation
The Growth Partner Program creates opportunities for experienced professionals to exchange perspectives across business, AI, transformation, technology, design, entrepreneurship, and culture.
The aim is not to create a large networking organization. It is to bring together thoughtful people who believe innovative ideas become stronger through meaningful conversation and unexpected connections.
These exchanges may take place through informal conversations, small gatherings, shared experiences, and the opportunity to spend time with FARM in Sicily as an additional bonus.

Subject to availability, a select group of Growth Partners will be hosted by FARM at the Palazzo in Mazzarino, a gorgeously restored 19th-Century Palazzo nestled in the heart of Sicily.
Invited guests will participate in discussions around transformation: how places can be reimagined, communities activated, and creative and entrepreneurial thinking used to spark social, cultural, and economic value.
