We were tasked with creating a new, user-centric design system for Health Centers, focusing on a digital component library to enhance brand consistency across all customer touchpoints. This project aimed to integrate the warmth and humanity vital to healthcare with the organization's strategic vision and leadership.

Objectives
- Gain an in-depth understanding of the brand, internal team dynamics, and leadership vision to align the design with the organization's overarching strategy.
- Design key website pages and establish a foundational design system that embodies the brand's warmth and can evolve over time.
- Support the development of detailed personas to inform and enhance the user experience across the website, ensuring the interface and design system meet specific user needs.


Process
- Performed targeted research to better understand the brand’s mission, audience demographics, and specific needs of patients navigating complex health decisions.
- Developed personas were instrumental in shaping a website experience that truly resonates with its audience, blending a warm and inviting design with highly intuitive navigation.
- Designed key web pages and created a scalable design system, while maintaining a human-centered approach.

Results
- The redesigned website and integrated design system significantly simplified the online experience, making it more intuitive and less stressful for patients and their family dealing with health concerns.
