Objectives
- Employ design thinking best practices to aid the client in developing a new product and establishing a clear product strategy that aligns with business goals.
- Sharpen the MVP, while crafting a future vision that accommodates growth and innovation, ensuring the product remains relevant and scalable.
- Develop and execute marketing concepts that clearly communicate the app's unique benefits. Ensure these efforts are cohesively integrated with the product's branding to enhance user adoption and engagement.
Process
- Initiated the project by conducting user interviews and creating empathy maps to accurately identify and define personas, ensuring the design aligns with real user needs and experiences.
- Facilitated design sprints to articulate the product vision and value propositions, aligning them with user needs to effectively create and prototype critical moments of the MVP. This step enabled effective A/B testing to refine concepts prior to client pilot launches.
- Applied the tested designs to the client’s technology platform, facilitating the transition from concept to development and ensuring technical feasibility and scalability.
- Harmonized the app’s visual identity with the client’s brand guidelines, addressing any visual identity gaps and ensuring a consistent look and feel across the app experience.
