We created the UX/UI design and architecture for a new analysis platform for health systems to facilitate healthcare transformation by helping health systems increase the adoption of value-based care across their organization.
Objectives
- Providing a roadmap, initiatives, and step-by-step actionable playbooks to achieve/realize identified opportunities.
- Enabling healthcare providers to identify and prioritize patients most suited for value-based care programs that would improve their health outcomes and reduce medical costs.
- Enabling healthcare providers to track and monitor progress of healthcare initiatives.
Process
- In-depth interviews with stakeholders and potential users at the beginning of the project provided meaningful direction for this tool.
- Multiple design workshops were instrumental to find alignment and ultimately create an architecture and user experience that provided the most value for stakeholders and key users alike.
- Machine learning technologies give this platform an undeniable edge. However it’s the combination of technology and design that will give this tool a significant business impact.
